Vaccine Mandate
On April 15, 2024, County of Los Angeles Employees filed an action against the County of Los Angeles for several causes of actions relating to the City’s COVID-19 Vaccine Mandate.
The Complaint alleges that those who opposed the mandate, even with notable exemptions, faced discipline, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, unlawful suspensions, terminations and related due process violations.
