Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Attorney to join our legal team. Orchid Law, is a California-based Civil Litigation Firm specializing in Class Actions, Environmental Law, Civil Rights, Labor & Employment, & Serious Injuries.

This role involves high client interaction and occasional local travel. The ideal candidate will provide legal support, represent clients, and advise them on complex issues within these practice areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in legal matters related to environmental, labor, and employment law

  • Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategy

  • Manage case files and ensure timely progress of legal proceedings

  • Support litigation efforts, including court appearances

  • Negotiate on behalf of clients to resolve disputes effectively

  • Draft legal documents, contracts, and correspondence

  • Provide clear and practical legal advice to clients

  • Engage frequently with clients to understand and address their legal needs

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

  • Admission to California bar at the time of applying

  • 1-3 years of experience

  • Ability to interact effectively with clients, attorneys, paralegals, and support staff
